You are always in control. Always. Your senses become keener. You become more aware, not less. You hear me, and if you feel the need to know what I say, you’ll keep your level of physical consciousness up, tuned in on me so you can be aware of what is being said. Your mind may wonder. It can and if it does, just bring your attention back to my voice thinking about what I am saying. Think about cleaning up your system as we do a cleansing on your body of toxins. This is powerful. Try to focus on my voice and think about what I am saying and as long as you can do that, you ARE participating and WILL be hypnotized.

 This is like a mind exercise. You do not just listen to me as if I’m telling you a story but think about it, using your imagination, being creative, actually participating with the mind at work and feel it with emotion to make it most powerful.

I strongly recommend listening to your CD “Stop Smoking with Hypnosis” EVERYDAY or almost everyday for the first 28 days to reinforce these suggestions so you will never smoke again, then listen to it when you feel like it, want to, can’t sleep or your stress level is up.

Even if you have no desire to smoke, I suggest you listen to it anyway
